General Information
In this workshop, we'll show you how to make your own sourdough starter, how to feed it for future use, and how easy it is to bake with sourdough in a regular home kitchen! You can take your own sourdough starter and the delicious treats you bake during the workshop home with you (please bring a screw-top jar with a capacity of at least 300 grams). A booklet with several recipes will be provided. We'd love to invite for a social gathering and light refreshments are included in the price.
