General Information
Together we go into nature and consciously connect with the elements of the Ausseerland. With small shamanic rituals, mindfulness exercises, and meditation, space is created for inner calm, new strength, and a deeper connection to nature. During the small hike, we collect natural materials that we then arrange into an expressive mandala. Nature mandalas can help bring inner questions, issues, or hidden feelings to consciousness. No prior knowledge is required.

You can expect mindful time in nature, allowing you to take a break from everyday life, connect with your body and strengthen your connection with nature.
What should I bring?
As the event takes place outdoors, weather-appropriate clothing is particularly important.
Please bring:
- sturdy, comfortable footwear
- weatherproof clothing
- enough drinking water
- depending on the weather, an additional warm layer and a bag for collecting natural materials

Participation costs €30 per person.

For anyone who enjoys spending time in nature, consciously taking time for themselves and strengthening their connection with themselves and nature.
No previous experience is required.
