General Information
Kort.X is a coordinated brain training with movement that trains both body and mind simultaneously.
This new training concept has been developed based on sports science and neurophysiological findings. Through complex exercises, the entire body is stimulated while cognitive tasks challenge the mind. This creates a demanding group program, which is very engaging, motivating, and fun.
The movement program takes place in the movement room of the Hotel Hechl . In nice weather, it will be held in the hotel garden.
