Our chefs are dedicated to conjuring new, creative dishes using local products, with occasional impressions of flavours outside the Eastern Styria. A hint of America, Asia or Australia may be combined with the region’s delicious products.
Gault & Millau chef’s hats in the Steiermark are awarded on a scale from 0 to 20 points. The chef’s hats are awarded for 11 points and up. Classic, modern, regional or exotic cuisine does not play a role here. The chef is free to choose. Fresh products of high quality are important along with the ambiance and culinary experience.
