Gault & Millau chef’s hats in the Steiermark are awarded on a scale from 0 to 20 points. The chef’s hats are awarded for 11 points and up. Classic, modern, regional or exotic cuisine does not play a role here. The chef is free to choose. Fresh products of high quality are important along with the ambiance and culinary experience. Gault & Millau also gives recommendations outside the world of toques.
