In this course, participants will learn how to bake healthy bread at home. Together with the master baker Christoph Blamauer, bread is made from sourdough, spelled bread and a wide variety of small baked goods such as rolls, rolls, croissants and pretzel sticks. All bread for the Retter Bio-Nature-Resort is baked in the BioGut Retter. Delicious, crispy fresh and 100% organic.
