In the restaurant "Zur Klause", upscale cuisine is served, all of which are made from high-quality regional products. For example, the game comes from our own territory, and there is also a seasonal menu.
This is what awaits you in the restaurant "Zur Klause":
- All year round game dishes: from deer to boar
- Gourmet cuisine: for example Carpaccio of scallops with lime oil
- Traditional cuisine: from fried chicken to Wiener Schnitzel
The "Klause" has been rated with a toque by Gault Millau for over 25 years.
