Whoever wants to be everything is no one's first choice. In this day seminar, you will develop a sharp profile for your tourist offering. We will work out your unique selling proposition (USP) and analyze how you can successfully differentiate yourself from the competition in a saturated market.
You will learn to leverage current travel trends and define tailored target group personas. From emotional brand management to a consistent strategy across all channels. Through the mix of theory and practice, you will receive a clear roadmap to sustainably increase your visibility among the right guests.
This seminar is part of an educational program and is aimed at all tourism
service providers (accommodations, gastronomy, and excursion destinations) in the Styrian tourism municipalities as well as the tourism associations.
The seminar is conducted by WIFI Steiermark on behalf of the Styrian Tourism and Location Marketing GmbH.
Speaker: Mr. Robert Tropper
With a master's degree in tourism management (Alpe-Adria University Klagenfurt) and a solid education at the Higher Federal College for Tourism, he combines extensive expertise with years of practical experience. As a former authorized managing director and marketing manager at the thermal hotel "Emmaquelle," as well as a consultant for 3- to 4-star superior hotels in Styria and Carinthia, he knows the industry's challenges firsthand. His strengths lie in strategic and operational marketing, project organization, and interconnected thinking. As a trainer at WIFI Graz, he imparts practical know-how in strategic and operational marketing to tourism professionals.Conditions
Please note the following framework conditions:
- All seminars are limited to a number of participants between 6 and 12.
- A maximum of 2 employees from one company may attend each seminar.
- Places are allocated in the order of registration received.
- The registration deadline is 2 weeks before the first day of the seminar.
- For cancellations after the registration deadline, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. However, a replacement participant can be nominated.
- No seminar catering is included in the seminar fee.
