Sebersdorfberg trail (Sebersdorfberg-Weg)

The S3 Sebersdorfberg trail connects with the Roman Wine Road and leads over Edelsberg, Wagenhals and back to the center of Sebersdorf.
Hiking improves endurance and strengthens the musculoskeletal system. In addition, regular exercise has positive effects on physical as well as mental health. 

 

The starting point of the hiking tour is in the center of Sebersdorf. During the 11.7 km hike, you will also get to know a part of the Roman Wine Road and cross small villages around Bad Waltersdorf. Since the S3 Sebersdorfberg trail also leads through Rohrbach, you have the opportunity to visit the Kurz apiary to take home one or the other delicacy.

Detailed information on how to get there can be found here.
The start of the tour is in the town center at the local supply center Sebersdorf. Start the route in the direction of the highway. Turn left after the railroad crossing and after 150 m turn right uphill to Römerweinstraße. Cross this road in the direction of Wagenhals, Haller, Rohrbach, Großhaide and Edelsberg. In Rohrbach you will pass the beekeeping farm Kurz. After the last houses in Edelsberg turn left, continue in the direction of the train station and via the railroad crossing back to the starting point, the village center of Sebersdorf.

 

  • Start: Sebersdorf village center
  • Direction freeway, after railroad crossing left, after 150 m right uphill to the Römerweinstraße, cross it 
  • direction Wagenhals, Haller, Rohrbach, Großhaide and Edelsberg
  • After the last houses in Edelsberg turn left
  • Continue in the direction of the train station, to the railroad crossing and back to the starting point
