TAUERN WINTER WEEKS

From 18.12.2023 to 15.03.2024 you can experience the most beautiful side of winter in Hohentauern with a very special weekly programme.

Every Monday you can enjoy a guided lantern hike. Discover Hohentauern in the evening ambience and romantic candlelight. On Tuesdays it gets loud in Hohentauern, you can prove your skill and ability at the indoor rifle shooting. Wednesday in the Tauern Winter Weeks is an animal-themed day. Go on a winter hike with huskies and get to know this special breed of dog and its good nature. Hike on snowshoes every Thursday. You trudge almost weightlessly over the thick blanket of snow. Nothing but the crunching of the snow disturbs the peace and quiet, you are completely at one with yourself. The week ends in a cosy atmosphere on Friday with curling.

With the Tauern Winter programme, the guest association provides a varied insight into the many winter activities on offer in Hohentauern. With the Hohentauern Card, guests can enjoy discounts at the events. We wish you lots of fun!
