The Vita Dome is exclusively reserved for adults. Relish the peace and quiet, with few guests around. Explore the spacious sauna landscape.

Do you prefer the dry timber sauna or the steam bath? Feel your sense of wellbeing rise at one of the infrared cabins or the sanarium. Restorative herbal fragrances reinvigorate the soul and reenergise the body.

The highlight for all sauna guests is without doubt the Finnish sauna, which has an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding mountains in the Murtal. A variety of infusions ensure moments of invigorating delight. In the 18-degree cool pool, you can then cool off and stimulate your spirits.

The vast outdoor pool at the Therme Fohnsdorf is a great place to have a swim in warm water, while the youngsters zip down the outdoor wave slide and the almost vertical speed slide to burn off some energy. For a drier form of entertainment, there are 'skill-testing stations' and bouncy castles as well as a playground.

In the colourful young children's zone, tots will have a whale of a time. A water fountain in ankle-deep water offers a safe way to have fun in the water. The kids can also get to the next pool via a small slide. Parents can sit back on their loungers without having to worry, keeping an eye on their little ones as they play.

Things speed up for older kids. The unique, 60 m indoor Black Hole slide offers slippery fun with a height difference of 6.5 m. In the adventure zone, the wave pool is the ultimate attraction for water babies. Lie back in the massage pool and watch your kids as they give it their best in the rushing channel and do battle with the bubbles in the fountains.

Want to improve your physical fitness? Then swim a few lengths at the 25 m sports pool and focus entirely on yourself. The refreshing 26-degree water braces the body before you go to relax in the soothing thermal water.

You can look forward to some true culinary delights at the spa. Grilled chicken strips, light fish filets, burgers, fresh salads and vegan dishes cater to all tastes. Delicious ice cream confections, pastries and desserts skilfully round off this range of culinary highlights.

A carbon dioxide content of 1,058 mg/l
