You read a text and suddenly realize that you need to read it again.
Many people are familiar with such moments. Names escape us, concentration wanes quickly, and our heads feel tired. Our brain functions similarly to a muscle. What is not trained deteriorates over time. Especially in today's daily life, with a lot of screen time and little movement, the brain often lacks important stimuli.
A particularly effective way is training that combines movement and thinking. This activates several areas of the brain simultaneously.
At Sabine's Happiness Place in Lupitsch, a district of Altaussee, Sabine Holzer offers Kort-X® Brain Training in small groups for children, adults, and seniors.

Requirements
No prior knowledge is necessary.
Everyone can participate, from children aged 5 years to seniors.
The training and exercises are tailored to the participants.
Equipment
Comfortable, sporty clothing.
Rental equipment
The Kort.X® training mat is included in the price for this unit and will be provided.

Cancellation information
Cancellations for individual appointments
Individually agreed Kort.X® individual sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50 % of the agreed price will be charged.
For no-shows without prior cancellation, 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.
Opening hours
By arrangement, the courses mainly take place in July and August in the late afternoon or evening.
Fixed appointment if needed: Thursday 7:00 p.m.
On weekends, registration is required by Thursday 8:00 p.m.

Close to the B145
Coming from Bad Aussee on the B145 towards Bad Ischl, drive through the village of Lupitsch, continue on the B145, after about 1 km turn right onto a gravel road. After ~200 m, the first house is on the left side.
Coming from Bad Goisern or Bad Ischl on the B145 towards Bad Aussee, over the Pötschenpass, continue for about 2 km on the B145, after a long right curve, turn left onto a gravel road. After ~200 m, the first house is on the left side.

No prior knowledge necessary.
Trial lessons available upon request.
Registration is requested, as the number of participants is limited.
Can be brought with you
Good mood and fun doing something for yourself and your brain.
Comfortable clothes, possibly something to drink (water is also provided)
Payment conditions
The total amount for the booked Kort.X® individual hour, including any carpet flat rate, must be paid in full no later than after the unit.
Payment can be made in cash or by card payment.
