A particularly effective option is a training that connects movement and thinking. This activates and promotes different areas of the brain simultaneously.
In Lupitsch, a district of Altaussee, Sabine Holzer offers Sabine's Glücksplatz with Kort-X® Brain Training.
About the offer
Suitable for
seniors aged 60 and above. For both men and women who want to do something for their mental and physical health.
Included services
A course consists of 6 units, the trial unit is free.
Requirements
Please register, as the class size is limited!
Difficulty
The exercises and thinking tasks are tailored individually to the participants. Everyone does it at their own pace, as it suits them. Completely without performance pressure.
Difficulty from easy to challenging.
Equipment
Comfortable, sporty clothing.
Rental equipment
The Kort.X® training carpet is available for a rental fee of € 6.00 per week.
The carpet can be kept during the duration of the program.
Optionally, the carpet can be purchased for € 62.00.

Cancellation information
Booking & Cancellation
The Kort.X® program consists of 6 successive units. By registering, you are firmly reserving a spot for the entire program. It is therefore not possible to join a course that is already in progress at a later date.
Cancellation before the start of the course:

up to and including 5 days prior: free of charge

4–3 days prior: 25 % of the course fee

2–1 day prior: 50 % of the course fee
-
No-show for the first appointment without timely cancellation: 100 % of the course fee
Trial phase:
You can experience Kort.X® in the first two units. If you decide not to continue the course afterwards, you can drop out before the start of the 3rd unit. In this case, only the actually attended units and any incurred carpet fee will be charged.
If a unit cannot be attended for health reasons, a missed unit can be made up after consultation.

Payment conditions
The entire 6-unit program, as well as the carpet rental or purchase of the Kort.X® carpet, must be fully paid by the end of the second unit at the latest.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card payment.
