Cycle on May 1st
The ORF Radio Steiermark Radltag traditionally takes place on May 1st. This is the official kick-off event of the Raabtal cycle path for approximately 20 years. The start is in St. Ruprecht an der Raab and Gleisdorf, among others. ORF presenter Erich Fuchs will accompany the media live on this cycling day. The start is in any weather - participation is free of charge.
ORF-Styria- Radsternfahrt Raabtal-Radweg!
This year's cycling season will open on May 1st with the Radio Styria bike tour organized by the Raabtal Radlwirte. The start is in Eastern Styria in St. Ruprecht an der Raab and Gleisdorf.
The cyclists meet very early in the respective starting locations (St. Ruprecht/Raab, Gleisdorf, Fehring and Jennersdorf) to get in the mood for the cycling day and to strengthen themselves for the upcoming tour to Feldbach. As always, the goal is the main square in Feldbach. You cycle on marked cycle paths, mainly on the R11 - along the Raab, next to meadows and fields in beautiful eastern Styria. This year ORF presenter Erich Fuchs will accompany the bike day and also provide live entries during the ride.
