Over 50 homemade varieties and delicious specialties and rarities from the Joglland invite you to enjoy and taste.

Culinary delights are very important in the Joglland - Waldheimat region, and the people here attach great importance to the quality and regionality of the products.

Everything revolves around the doughnut. At the big Krapfenkirtag is tasted and enjoyed. The Mönichwalde doughnut folder contains 180 different doughnut recipes - from A for eyeglass doughnuts (this recipe dates back to 1837!) to Z for lemon doughnuts.

Lived customs, a tradition for many decades. Every woman in the village who is willing and able must bake 100 pieces of a certain variety, and so year after year more than 100 different varieties - from savory to sweet - are offered for tasting. The Kirtag program is rounded off with show baking and do-it-yourself baking in the giant pan.
