Look forward to this event in the historic ambience of Hartberg Castle.

On June 22, 2024, the traditional Schlosshofserenade Hartberg will take place with the Hartberg Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Hermine Pack. The works to be heard in the Schlosshofserenade are Danse sacrée et Danse profane by Claude Debussy for harp and string orchestra, the String Serenade in C major by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and the famous 40th Symphony in G minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Vienna-born and trained harpist Elisabeth Plank, an internationally renowned artist who has won numerous international competitions, will be making her first guest appearance at the Schlosshofserenade Hartberg and will be performing her magnificent, virtuoso harp playing. As the musical ambassador of the "New Austrian Sound of Music" for 2023 and 2024, she is not forgetting her East Styrian roots

The Hartberg Chamber Orchestra, a classical-romantic ensemble, will perform this year with its largest string ensemble to fulfill Tchaikovsky's instructions for the String Serenade, which premiered in St. Petersburg in 1881. first performed in St. Petersburg in 1881. "The bigger the string orchestra, the better! This corresponds exactly to my intentions"
