We will explore the alpine meadows at 1247m above sea level and learn a lot about the active ingredients, the way they are used and, in particular, the signature and nature of the plants. We will encounter arnica, quendel, eyebright, germer and many other medicinal plants. Afterwards, we will enjoy a refreshing herbal drink and tasty wild herb snacks.
Bring your own: Basket, scissors, rain protection, sun protection, possibly a picnic blanket.
