Based on the excellent wine that our region produces, exceptional sparkling wine specialties mature at Gut Pössnitzberg, whose long yeast storage and traditional production reveal particularly fine mousseux and secondary aromas.
The cellar at the Pössnitzberg estate was designed and built for sparkling wine production more than 40 years ago. Our vision is to restore these premises to their original purpose. The associated Gutshotel and the "Kreuzwirt" complete the sparkling wine experience at Gut Pössnitzberg.
