A relaxing walk from the center of Niederöblarn to the sunny districts of Zamberg and Gritschenberg with a beautiful view of the Grimming and the Ennsboden with the airfield of the Sportunion Niederöblarn.

From the A9: At Selzthal (Exit 69), turn toward Liezen/Radstadt. From Liezen, take the B320 to Espang. There, turn toward Öblarn. At the entrance to Niederöblarn, turn left and follow the road to the Grimmingtor Inn.
From the car park you walk past the Sacred Heart Chapel into the valley and at the Moosberg bridge you turn left up towards Zamberg. A bend and up through the forest you come to Zamberg where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Niederöblarn, the Ennsboden and the Grimming.
The road slightly uphill into the Etschergraben and on the opposite side out to Gritschenberg. It now goes downhill over several hairpin bends to the Gritschenberg driveway and from there briefly along the state road to the Niederöblarn entrance. Along the main road you get back to the starting point.
Niederöblarn can be reached with the ÖBB regional trains (www.oebb.at).
From the train station you walk to the starting point at the Gasthof Grimmingtor in about 10 minutes. Arriving by train you can also just start into the tour at the entrance to Niederöblarn.
