Comprehensive overview of current tourism trends and their significance for the development of attractive tourism offerings, including specific applications for your own practice:
- What are the current trends in tourism, consumer and leisure behavior?
- What expectations do today's and tomorrow's guests have for attractive tourism offers?
- What consequences arise from this for the overall tourist experience?
- What opportunities arise for the further development of existing offerings and the creation of new products?
Approach: The seminar focuses on a practical and application-oriented engagement with current tourism trends:
- Trend overview and classification: Relevant developments in tourism will be presented and classified regarding their significance for tourism offerings, businesses, and organizations.
- Guest expectations and experience quality: Together, we will analyze what requirements guests today and in the future have regarding quality, service, experience, and offer design.
- Product development and creativity methods: Building on the trends, practical methods will be used to derive new ideas, offering components, and development opportunities.

Target audience
This course is part of an educational program aimed at all tourism service providers (accommodations, gastronomy, and excursion destinations) of the Styrian tourism communities as well as tourism associations.
The seminars are conducted by conos GmbH on behalf of the Styrian Tourism Marketing GmbH.
Requirements
Please note the following framework conditions:
- A participant number of 6 to 15 persons applies for the seminar.
- A maximum of 2 employees from one company may participate per seminar.
- Places are allocated in order of registration.
- The registration deadline is 2 weeks before the seminar day.
- For cancellations after the registration deadline, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. However, a substitute participant can be nominated.
