General Information
Bergzeit connects free movement, mindful walking, and simple dance impulses in nature around Tauplitz. Without performance pressure and without fixed choreography - but with joy in movement, fresh mountain air, and experiencing the surroundings.
We move together outside, allow the body to find its own rhythm, and consciously take time to perceive nature with all our senses. Small movement impulses, light dance sequences, and calm moments alternate.
Sometimes lively and dynamic, sometimes calm and mindful. The focus is on lightness, body awareness, and the shared experience of nature.
