Start in the center of Bad Blumau. Cross the wooden bridge into the Bad Blumau thermal park. Along the quietly babbling Safenbach and enjoy panoramic views.

Starting from the village of Bad Blumau, we walk by the municipal office over a small wooden bridge into the Bad Blumau thermal and spa park. We can marvel at a biotope, willow construction and watering hole. Along the quietly babbling Safenbach with partially shady bank planting we come to the geomantic stone before Schwarzmannshofen.

Here we turn right and reach the village of Kleinsteinbach on the opposite side of the road. We have to overcome a short slope and then we are in Obergfangen. Here we recommend a detour to the Buschenschank Kober. Through shady forest we come back to the village of Kleinsteinbach. At the first crossroads turn left and then right towards Rogner Bad Blumau. Along the sidewalk next to the road we reach the thermal park. Here we pass the willow building and turn left and then right. Passing the Eisschützenhaus and the tennis courts, we return to the starting point.

Von der Ortsmitte Bad Blumau beim Kräutergarten geht man über eine Holzbrücke in den Thermenpark Bad Blumau. Hier wird in Richtung des Uhrzeigersinns in die Krafttour eingestiegen. Vorbei am Taubenkobel, Biotop und der Kunstinstallation "Wasserstelle" geht es Richtung Thermen Rogner Bad Blumau. Ab dem Eingang zur Therme folgt man dem Safenbach Richtung Schwarzmannshofen. Beim geomantischen Stein biegt man rechts ab und überquert eine Straße. Danach geht es rechts in die Ortschaft Kleinsteinbach.

Bei der Kreuzung links und den Kohlriegelweg hoch. Am Wegende rechts und danach gleich nochmals rechts. Hier lohnt sich die Beobachtung von im Freien lebenden Schweinen und Pferden in Koppeln. Über ein schattiges Waldstück führt die Krafttour zurück in einen anderen Ortsteil von Kleinsteinbach.

Bei der ersten Kreuzung links und bei der nächsten rechts abbiegen. Nun sollte das Rogner Bad Blumau wieder in Sichtweite sein. Beim "Star Horses" Pferdehof vorbei und danach links in den Thermenpark Bad Blumau. Jetzt geht es vorbei am Weidenbau und den Tennisplätzen zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
