Hiking in Austria's garden

meditative trails

Numerous trails with meditative content and stations have emerged in recent years from the ancient pilgrimage tradition. Our meditative hiking trails allow you to pause, contemplating your life and the issues of our times in the wonders of nature.

Today’s spiritual hiking trails lead from one pilgrimage church to the next or circle pilgrimage sites. “Organ hiking” joins churches in the Pöllauertal and Apfelland, with an app that lets you listen to the sounds of the respective organ. There is also an app for the “HeilBrunnWeg” around the Heilbrunn pilgrimage church. The new Pope Francis pilgrimage trail joins the two basilicas of Graz-Mariatrost and Weiz, while the Barbara Sicharter trail runs from Wenigzell to the religious sister’s sphere of activity in the Joglland.
