• Herb walk
• Herb processing WILD GREEN
• Binding herb bundles followed by a smudging ritual by the fire
• Walking meditation mindfulness and appreciation
• optionally with or without Day Spa comfort including a packed beach bag (3 days of wellness enjoyment over 1,000 m² with 5 saunas, 2 relaxation rooms, 2 pools, and tea & juice bar)
