The spicy tour
General Information
Bruck was a center of timber rafting, transport, and (spice) trade and welcomed many illustrious guests: A raftsman's life depended on a meadow!
How many horses did the imperial court order? What was the most expensive spice? We dive into the world of timber rafting, (spice) trade, and special requests from famous guests. We visit locations connected to this and enjoy selected culinary samples.
