General Information
Whether a company, association, school class, or private group – shared experiences connect. With customized team activities, communication, trust, collaboration, and mutual appreciation are promoted in a playful and experience-oriented way.
The activities can take place in nature around the Ausseerland or indoors and are designed according to the group, age, and desired goals. It is not about performance or competition, but about experiencing something together, discovering new sides of one another, and growing together as a group.
The range of activities includes simple cooperation and trust exercises, experiential pedagogical tasks, as well as nature experiences and forest bathing. Each unit is individually planned and can be booked either as an independent team building or as part of an excursion, event, or group day.
About the offer
Equipment
All materials and equipment required for the respective program will be provided by me. Please only bring weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear.
The activities are experience-oriented but not geared towards extreme sports. Activities such as rafting, canyoning, or comparable risk sports are not offered. The focus is on shared experiences, cooperation, communication, and discovering individual and collective strengths.

For groups who want to experience something together
Companies, associations, schools, organizations, friend groups, and other groups can book individual team building and nature experience offers.
Where does it take place?
The activities can take place outdoors in the nature of Ausseerland or – depending on the program and weather – also indoors. The event location will be agreed upon individually.
Price information
Prices for groups
- Half day (up to approx. 4 hours): from € 450,- per group
- Full day (up to approx. 8 hours): from € 800,- per group
Not included in the price:
Costs for seminar or event rooms as well as catering and drinks.
The prices apply to groups of up to 12 people. For larger groups or individual offers, please inquire.

About Jürgen Freller - Out in Nature
"I am Jürgen Freller, certified nature and adventure educator, nature coach, and forest bath trainer from Ausseerland. In my work, I combine nature experiences, mindfulness, and experiential educational methods to connect people with each other and create shared experiences. It is important to me that activities are joyful and especially fun, promote community, and are designed to fit the respective group."
Individual Design
