General Information
The scenic train rides with the Hüttner family offer a relaxing tour through the Ausseerland with views of the surrounding mountains (Totes Gebirge, Grimming, ...).
The panoramic round trip passes by a great variety of alpine flowers such as alpenrose or gentian. During the ride, the history of alpine farming and skiing is conveyed, along with an insight into life on the alpine pastures.
After a thirty-minute ride, a stop is made at the Steirersee Bankerl to enjoy the enchanting view over the Steirersee and towards the Sturzhahn.
