Introductory Course in Forest Bathing in Ausseerland
General Information
Forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is more than a walk – it is a conscious dive into the healing atmosphere of the forest. Step by step, you leave everyday life behind, slow down, and open your senses: You hear the gentle rustling of leaves, inhale the scent of moss and wood, feel the ground beneath your feet, and the play of light and shadow between the trees.
With simple, guided mindfulness exercises, you reconnect with yourself. Thoughts can quiet down, the body relaxes, and new clarity and energy arise. The forest has a completely natural effect – calming, strengthening, and inspiring at the same time.
The introductory courses with nature and experiential educator Jürgen Freller from Raus in die Natur are an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the power of nature. In the powerful forests of Ausseerland, a short break or a conscious nature experience awaits you with the introductory course or more intensive sessions available upon request.
