Herbal Workshop with Bianca Kogler – Discover, Experience & Process Wild Herbs
Dive into the fascinating world of native wild herbs – directly in nature, with all your senses, and under the expert guidance of Bianca Kogler!
In this special workshop, you will get to know four selected herbs from scratch: Together, we will identify their characteristics, learn exciting facts about their seasonal peculiarities, and practice mindful harvesting in nature. You will gain valuable foundational knowledge about herb gathering that you can apply at home.
But this is just the beginning:
We will taste the collected herbs on-site and explore their versatile flavors. Then you will get creative – we will make at least seven high-quality herbal products together, including:
soothing tinctures
nourishing balms and oils
aromatic herbal salts
and other small treasures from nature!
Whether culinary, medicinal, or cosmetic – you will learn various processing methods and extraction techniques with which you can use wild herbs sustainably and sensibly.
As a highlight, you will take home not only your self-made products but also a detailed transcript with recipes, tips & herbal knowledge – for your own entry into the world of wild herbs.

Do I need prior knowledge about herbs?
No. The workshop is specifically designed for beginners. You will be gently and understandably introduced to the basics – from identification to processing.
When and how are the basics taught?
Right at the beginning of the workshop, we will delve into the fundamental knowledge of foraging and processing herbs. Everything will be explained in a practical way and practiced together – step by step.
Is there a proper hike? Do we go far?
No. The workshop takes place directly in Bianca's own herb garden, which is about 2000 m² in size. You do not need to walk long distances – everything is easily accessible and designed to be close to nature.
Does the workshop take place in all weather conditions?
In principle, yes.
The workshop will take place in light rain or changeable weather – just bring appropriate clothing.
Only in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms will it be canceled, and a replacement date or a refund will be offered.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children are warmly welcome!
They are exempt from the course fee.
If desired, they can make their own products, for which a small material fee applies per product.
What will I take home from the workshop?
At least 7 self-made herbal products (such as tinctures, oils, salts, etc.)
A detailed transcript with herbal knowledge, recipes & tips
Lots of new knowledge and inspiration for everyday life
How long does the workshop last?
Typically, the workshop lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on group size, weather, and pace. Breaks for tasting and enjoying are, of course, planned.

A small notebook (optional – you will also receive a transcript)
Openness to nature, plants & creative processing
I have allergies or intolerances – can I still participate?
Yes – please let us know in advance if you react sensitively to certain plants or ingredients so that we can take that into consideration.
Is sustainability also taken into account?
Yes – we work resource-conservatively, regionally & close to nature. The materials and ingredients are largely organic and as plastic-free as possible.

Note for families:
Children are exempt from the regular course fee. Upon request, they are welcome to create their own products - a small contribution for each homemade product will be charged.
Cancellation information
Please note that the workshop will only take place with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop will be canceled.
We ask for a timely cancellation if you are unable to attend the booked appointment.
