Advanced Glassblowing Course
Experience an intensive glassblowing course, where you will work closely with molten glass and create four exceptional products – as a crowning conclusion, you'll blow your own Steirerglas. This course is primarily aimed at adults, older teenagers, or passionate young artists, as direct handling of hot glass requires special care. Of course, you will be expertly guided by two experienced staff members. The course can be completed as both a standalone event and in small groups of two to four people – for example, the fixed price for a course duo is 490 € and includes approximately 2 ½ hours of intensive craftsmanship.
Beginner Glassblowing Course
For an introduction to the fascinating world of glass processing, we also offer a "workshop" where you will create two products. Here, the mouth-blown highlight, a glass ball in your desired color, is the focus. This course variant is suitable for children from middle primary school age, is extremely affordable at 65 € per person , and is time-efficient.
Please note that a joint appointment is required for the courses and demonstrations. The ideal season for the advanced glassblowing course typically runs from January to April (possibly also in May) and from September to November – the workshop variant can also take place in the warmer months.
