General Information
Advanced Glassmaker Course
Experience an intensive glassmaking course where you will work closely with molten glass and create four extraordinary products – as a grand finale, you will blow your own Styrian glass. This course is primarily aimed at adults, older teenagers, or passionate young artists, as the direct handling of hot glass requires special care. Of course, you will be expertly accompanied by two experienced staff members. The course can be completed both as a single event or in small groups of two to four people – for example, the fixed price for a course duo is 490 € and includes approximately 2 ½ hours of intensive craftsmanship.
Beginner Glassmaker Course
For those entering the fascinating world of glass processing, we additionally offer a "workshop" in which you will produce two products. Here, the highlight is the hand-blown glass orb in your desired color. This course variant is suitable for children from middle elementary school age, is extremely affordable at 65 € per person , and is compactly designed in terms of time.
Please note that a common appointment is required for the courses and demonstrations. The ideal season for the advanced glassmaker course usually runs from January to April (possibly also in May) as well as from September to November – the workshop variant can also take place in the warmer months.
