Guided hike around the Ödensee and through the Kainische Hochmoor by the movement revolution Sonja Irendorfer, chairwoman of the “Körper- und Vitalschmiede Ausseerland” with the movement revolution, the Tour de Steiermark, and the area manager of the ÖBF, Sabine Jungwirth offer a special combination of nature experience and movement:
A guided hike with insights into the impressive landscape around the Ödensee as well as active movement sessions under the guidance of a professional coach. During the tour, participants will learn how a moor functions as a CO₂ storage , receive exciting information on ongoing renaturation measures, and get to know the special features of the surrounding forests.
