General Information
Since 1883, manufacturer of the original Mariazell herbal liqueur. The legendary effects of the Mariazell herbal liqueur have been known for generations.
The unique blends of herbal extracts, processed into three different elixirs according to the recipe of Cajetan Arzberger (1883), are a closely guarded secret.
On a tour of our liqueur distillery in Mariazell, you will gain insight into the production of our original Mariazell herbal liqueur & herbal bitters.
The tour lasts about 40 minutes and includes a tasting as well as the opportunity to purchase our products in the warehouse sale at a reduced price.
Guided tours of the distillery are available by appointment for groups of 15 or more.
Smaller groups of 5 or more can visit our glass herbal distillery in the department store and also experience a short tour with tasting there.
