Fermentation of Sauerkraut and Kimchi
General Information
Fermenting vegetables is back in trend! It is a form of food preservation, as our grandmothers knew it. Today, making sauerkraut, kimchi, and vegetables at home is current and modern. In the course, you will learn how fermentation in a jar works and what to pay attention to. You will take home a finished script that allows you to make further creations. And in the on-site course, three different products will be made.
