General Information
The riding lessons at the equestrian farm of Pferdefreunde Zloam offer you structured group lessons in a relaxed atmosphere. Improve your seat, refine your aid giving and experience visible progress every week alongside like-minded individuals.
Important info about your appointment
For a relaxed start to the riding lesson, we ask you to be at the equestrian farm 30 minutes before the lesson starts . We use this time together so that your horse can be prepared for the arena on time and calmly. Depending on your prior knowledge, we are of course happy to assist you with grooming and saddling or prepare the horse for you.
The lesson takes place either in the indoor arena or in the outdoor riding area, depending on the weather.
Cancellation policy

As our pony and riding offers are in high demand and only a limited number of ponies are available, we ask you to cancel booked appointments at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, we will have to charge the full amount – we appreciate your understanding.

Do you meet the requirements?
For our riding hours, you don't have to be a professional, but the foundations of riding should be in place. To ensure a safe and harmonious process for all participants, the following requirements apply:
- Safe riding in all three primary gaits (walk, trot, and gallop) without lunge line.
- Independent action when steering, turning, and stopping the horse.
- Basic knowledge of the track rules (e.g., yielding on the track).
- Stable seat and a rein-independent position.
