The family-friendly tour to the Esebeck Hütte begins from the Murtalerhof car park.
This moderately difficult hike provides one or two viewpoints of the municipality of Stadl an der Mur. The hike is far away from the main road, so you can really enjoy nature in the Murau region.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Keep right here and continue straight on via Teufenbach, Frojach, Murau and St. Georgen ob Murau to Stadl an der Mur.
Coming from Tamsweg, follow the road via Ramingstein and Predlitz straight on to Stadl an der Mur.
The family-friendly tour to the Esebeck Hut starts from the parking lot of the Murtalerhof inn. From the starting point, we walk along the R2 bike path through the residential area towards Reitermühle. We follow the signpost. From the mill, hiking trail no. 11 begins to Gut Koch, then we follow the red-white-red markings (hiking trail no. 130) through the forest to the Esebeckhütte.

Public parking spaces are available directly at the Gasthof Murtalerhof.
