Koglerberg-round

From the monastery gate, the route takes you past the monastery garden and  the"Schönen Kreuz" to the church in Heiligenstadt. From there, we continue to the Wirt am Pichl farmstead, where we turn left and walk along a meadow path. The path takes us a short distance through the forest and then to St. Blasen Church and the reading garden. After the Kirchmoar inn, we keep to the right and walk along a meadow path towards Karchau. We come to a farmstead and turn left here. We cross the road and the Blasnerbach stream and head towards Koglerberg. Now we walk first on forest roads and then cross through the forest up to Koglbauer. There we keep to the left and walk downhill through the forest until we reach the paved road. We walk back to St. Lambrecht on this road.
