Running is a holistic sport that harmonizes body, mind and soul. Regular running prevents diseases of the cardiovascular system and weight problems.
The course length of 8,500m leads mostly through the forest on gravel and sandy ground. The circuit requires a good level of fitness. Partial stretches lead over gentle climbs, which have been optimally chosen for demanding and pleasure runners. To improve physical fitness, the loop can also be run a second time!
