Seehotel Jägerwirt
Information
The Jägerwirt. Soulmade for Soulmates.
The 4-star superior lakeside hotel Jägerwirt on the Turracher Höhe – on the sunny side of the lake. At 1,763 meters.
In winter, endless snow and ski-in/ski-out bliss. In summer, a perfect anchor point for nature connoisseurs between waves and treetops. A place with 120 years of tradition, a gathering spot for kindred spirits. For horizon seekers, nature lovers, enthusiasts, water nymphs, storytellers and mountain goats. For sports fans and slow movers alike. Built close to the water, even closer to the forest. Between waves and woods, ice and winter wonderland. A resting place for the soul, a fresh start for body and mind.
Slopes – from gentle to delightfully crisp – right outside the door. Hiking trails all around. For the young and the young at heart. A Bali SPA to fall in love with, culinary delights in a ¾ rhythm. And the two of us, Sabine and Alex, delighted to guide you through your Jägerwirt days. Hand on heart, heart over head – our holiday motto up here at over 1,700 meters. Snow-sure, slope-side, and soulmade for soulmates.
Your holiday companions,
Alex & Sabine – Jaga & Yogini.

Host information
I Bali, you Zirbe. I Sabine, you Alex. Curious? Read on.
Why are we leaning so boldly out of the window and offering a little soulful striptease? Not out of vanity. Promise. Our story simply gives you – dear reader, dear future guest – a glimpse of who we are. Your hosts. The people you’re trusting with your time away at Hotel Jägerwirt on the Turracher Höhe. And yes, we’ll keep it (relatively) short.
Styrian girl & Styrian boy go Bali
Love brought the Styrian girl and the Styrian boy together. Of course it did. Three children – Cosma, Leander and Louan – grew from that happiness. For 17 years we followed our curiosity for the big wide world, for cultures beyond the horizon, for adventures past mountain ridges and borders.
Bali became our second home. An island that gave us the grounding to build something of our own: a hotel, a surf school, a yoga studio, a vegan restaurant – even Southeast Asia’s first downhill bike park. We learned to improvise 24/7, to rethink boxes instead of ticking them, to embrace openness, to deepen love, to meet life head-on.
Somewhere along the way, we discovered the Jaga and the Yogini within us – and let the butterflies in our minds celebrate wildly.
