Culinary experiences with Genuss ab Hof

If you want to experience Styria with all your senses, embark on a culinary journey of discovery to the “Genuss ab Hof” farms. Here, the door opens to a world full of authentic stories and regional delicacies.
The tours lead off the beaten track to the best direct marketers in Styria, to farms and factories where the people behind the products open their doors in person, whether in the oil mill, where the smell of freshly pressed pumpkin seeds fills the air, in a cheese dairy, where cheeses full of character are lovingly made by hand, or in the vinegar factory with hundreds of wooden barrels - each stop tells its own story.
Visitors learn first-hand how regional raw materials are turned into award-winning specialties and, of course, get to taste them. And at the end, a typical Styrian snack awaits, with regional specialties and a good glass of wine to round off the day. Every tour is an invitation to get to know genuine Styrian cuisine - and the people who are passionate about it.

Genuss ab Hof: The farm Discovery tours
These tours take you off the beaten track to some of Styria's best direct marketers. Participants get to know the people behind award-winning specialties, experience the cultivation of our culinary traditions on farms and in factories, and enjoy exclusive tastings. Accompanied by a certified tour guide, a modern coach takes you to culinary highlights, rounded off by a typical Styrian snack in convivial company.

Departure by coach at 9 a.m. from Graz Central Station, return at approx. 5:10 p.m. to Graz Central Station.
