The "Mühle" is a restaurant that offers everything from Wiener Schnitzel to a four-course surprise menu. Schmuck describes his menu as Styrian cuisine with an international twist.

Good cuisine goes hand in hand with exquisite wines. Johann Schmuck has stocked a total of fifty different wines, ranging from wines from the Stainz region to international editions. The service team makes every effort to help guests choose the right wine.

Johann Schmuck, himself, is in charge of the kitchen. The trained chef and waiter has several prominent destinations on his CV. His philosophy: good is what the guest likes.

The "Broadmoar" in Oisnitz (St. Josef) was also taken over by Johann Schmuck for connoisseurs of fine food and exquisite wines.
