The great Jogl - MTB connection Pöllauberg-Masenberg

With this route, the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park now has a connection to the "Großer Jogl" via the municipality of Pöllauberg.
The routes of the "big Jogl" and the connection are open from the beginning of April to the end of October and lead on the most diverse paths, roads and trails once around the Joglland - Waldheimat region and show its diversity and most beautiful places.

- From the Naturparkarena Pöllauberg, we take the country road towards Pöllau.
- We leave the Lanstraße at the "Zeil-Kratzer" settlement and follow the signs to Hotel Muhr.
- Via the Hotel Muhr we reach the Zissertaverne, where we meet the signs for the "Großer Jogl" on the Masenberg and follow them to the summit cross on the Masenberg.
- From the parking lot of the mountain hut, we either follow the signs for the mountain bike route (ATTENTION: the 5 km long, very challenging downhill route built into the natural landscape is only suitable for very experienced mountain bikers with the appropriate equipment!!!) or the asphalt road to Pöllauberg back to the starting point.
- As an extension of the tour, we can follow the signs to the RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort just before the parking lot at the Naturparkarena.
- Vis á vis the entrance to the Hotel RETTER, we meet the signs for the mountain bike route to the Pöllauberg again and return to the Naturparkarena via a mountain stage.
