Beautiful cross-country ski trail along the Mur cycle path. In addition, smaller circuits often lead into the meadows next to the cross-country ski trail.

The trail leads along the Mur cycle path from St. Lorenzen via St. Ruprecht to Stadl an der Mur. In this regard, the winter landscape of different towns can be enjoyed.

From D, NL, B, F: Via Munich, Salzburg, Tauernautobahn to St. Michael/Lungau (or Radstätter Tauernpaß), turn off to Tamsweg - continue towards Murau.

From H: Via St. Gotthard, Graz – Packautobahn (Twimberg exit) – Judenburg – Scheifling – Murau – St. Georgen ob Murau.

From I: Via Tarvis, Villach, St. Veit/Glan, Scheifling, Murau, St. Georgen ob Murau.

By car from Vienna: Via Semmering, Bruck/Mur, Judenburg, Scheifling, Murau, St. Georgen ob Murau.

The Murtalloipe leads from the Lutzmannsdorf bridge in St. Georgen/Kreischberg along the Mur cycle path to Stadl an der Mur. There are also always small circuits along the route. The trail is double-tracked (classic and for skaters).
