Here you can spend your vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Styria (second place in "9 Plätze 9 Schätze" 2019). Our apartments are located in a very special place, nestled in the southern slopes of the Hochgrail vineyard. Architecturally, the apartments blend into the landscape and the regional building culture and showcase the view over the hilly landscape. Each of the four apartments has a spacious balcony and an open and light interior design, refined and well thought out. Two apartments also have a free-standing bathtub where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Here you will find peace and quiet, but also the perfect starting point for all kinds of leisure activities: whether sporty high-altitude flights or leisurely pleasure tours by bike, the surrounding area offers something for everyone. Life can also be enjoyed on hikes through the wine-growing landscape. For culture lovers, the area offers a wide range of activities and Graz is not far away. Golf enthusiasts will find the perfect place to enjoy a round of golf at Thalersee near Graz or at the Schloss Frauenthal Golf Club.

The famous wine taverns of the Schilcherland are numerous and within walking distance. We are happy to recommend our favorite places and give tips during a personal welcome.

Cancellation by the contractual partner - cancellation fee
Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by the contractual partner without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.
Outside the period specified above (3 months), withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price;
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total package price.
