Welcome to Landhouse Seraphine

Landhouse Seraphine is located in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein region and offers 120m² of space for up to 10 people. The newly renovated house has first-class facilities, offering everything you need for a relaxing and cozy vacation.

The arrangement of the house is ideal: A fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be put together individually, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WC's are available.

In summer, the cozy garden and terrace invite you to barbecue and linger.
In winter you can put your ski boots on the ski boot dryer in the cellar and end the day in the warm living room.
Of course we offer free WLAN.

The ski bus stop and summer hiking shuttle bus in Assach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
The entrance to the Schladminger-4-Berge ski area on the Hauser Kaibling is only a few minutes' drive from the Landhaus.
In front of the house is a free-standing parking lot for 3 cars.
