Durch die wertvolle Kombination aus Wandern, Yoga, Meditation und Ruhephasen schöpfen wir auf allen Ebenen des Seins Kraft: körperlich, geistig und auf der Seelenebene. Wir werden auf unseren täglichen Wanderungen die Schönheit der Natur bewusst wahrnehmen und geniessen, unseren Körper durch die Übungen des Yoga besser kennenlernen, kräftigen und entspannen. In den Meditationen, beim Atmen und Mantren Singen begegnen wir uns auf einer tiefliegenden inneren Ebene in stiller Präsenz.

Dieser wunderbare Ort und die liebevolle und gesunde Verpflegung tragen zudem dazu bei, diese Tage als eine Zeit der inneren Sammlung und Neuausrichtung zu erleben, aus der wir alle lange Kraft schöpfen können.

Frauen und Männer jeden Alters sind herzlich willkommen.

In the center of St. Johann bei Herberstein by the parish church. Reopened in May 2007 after extensive general renovation, the guests of the House of Women - Recreation and Education Center now have 17 cozy comfort rooms (27 beds), a new entrance area with reception and modern seminar rooms at their disposal. This facility of the Diocese of Graz-Seckau offers relaxation and education in the former Augustinian monastery and also welcomes guest and seminar groups (advance notice requested). An oasis of relaxation, deepening your faith, education and health care, open to everyone all year round. Request the program for free!
