The holiday home impresses with its central location in the village of Grundlsee. The privat bathing area and the supermarket are only a five-minute walk away.

Holiday home with a beautiful view

Enjoy your holiday with a view of the lake and the mountains of the "Tote Gebirge".
There are three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms with double beds and one veranda room with two single beds.
Two bathrooms offer enough space. The rustic furnished kitchen and the dining room with terrace impress with lovely wooden elements. The cosy living room including a fireplace with window and the veranda invite you to linger.

Whether after a boat trip over the Grundlsee or after mastering one of the countless hikes, ending the evening in the sauna is a great option.

via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn,
take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland

from direction Vienna, Linz

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl,
turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern,
turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
