In the mornings you can look forward to an extensive nature park breakfast with regional delicacies. Enjoy the peace and fresh air of our wonderful Nature Park Pöllau Valley as well as the many different products from the Genussregion Pöllauer Hirschbirne (Austrian Region of Culinary Delights). The incomparable beauty of the Nature Park and the local delicacy "Hirschbirn" (autumn pear) set the stage for a multitude of leisure activities. (29 beds)

Karlheinz Stelzer
In the 16th century our HUBMANN inn used to be a farm, a chandlery and a gingerbread shop.
In 1946 Franz and Margareta Hubmann bought this business in order to convert it into an inn that serves traditional meals. In 1986 Karl and Grete Stelzer-Hubmann took over the family business, a beautiful inn and green oasis in the heart of the Pöllau valley. The house was renovated with great attention to detail with the old building structure being completely preserved. Their son Karlheinz Stelzer manages the inn since 2008.

Coffee, bacon, eggs – just for you!
In the morning, the extensive Nature Park breakfast buffet entices you with hearty delicacies from our local area such as Hirschbirn (autumn pear) jelly as well as other homemade jams, honey from the Nature Park and refreshing Hirschbirn juice. The Pöllauer MUGL is a breadroll that simply has to be tasted - preferably with a few slices of Hirschbirn ham.
Wooden cots are available for our smallest guests if needed - please let us know when booking!
