Since 2006 we are a member of the umbrella organization DEMETER, the international supporting organization of biodynamic agriculture. Based on these strict guidelines and our own understanding of nature and all living things, we farm our land with great appreciation and gratitude.

Enjoying & relaxing naturally at the biodynamic Tauss Winery in the middle of the Südsteiermark Nature Park means that the diversity of life and its interrelationships can be felt by our guests on all levels. In addition to the ten winegrowers' rooms with comfortable and ecological furnishings, there is also a spacious winegrowers' house directly in the vineyard with two separate living units and the courtyard apartment next to the main house.

Our additional offers:

-Outdoor pool, heated and with lots of green space
-SAUNAHAUS with Finnish sauna or sanarium (with steam) and cozy relaxation room
