Our Alpine Hotel is situated at the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the Dachstein mountain range as well as the Schladming Alps. The location offers an ideal starting point for hiking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. Hiking trails and cross-country tracks lead directly past the hotel. Our spacious, smoke-free luxury rooms and suites are equipped with modern facilities including shower, toilet, satellite tv, W-Lan, and promise a comfortable ambience for a cozy and restful sleep. Almost all rooms have a balcony. The south-facing rooms offer beautiful views of the Schladming and Central Alps, while north-facing rooms offer a direct view of the Dachstein mountains. A morning in Fichtenheim begins with a healthy and plentiful breakfast buffet; in the evening you can choose from different 3-course menus with salad buffet. We highly value quality and variety. In our restaurant, we serve traditional Austrian and Styrian specialties prepared with natural, local products. On warm summer Ramsau evenings we host relaxed barbecue evenings with grilled meats and freshly caught trout for our guests. Cold beer and selected wines from our wine cellar are also served. To keep your children entertained, a large play area with Slackline, trampoline, jungle gym and slide, playhouse, and petting zoo are available on the hotel property.
