Staff's New Western Dry Gin
The star of the product range is clearly the gin. It is lovingly distilled by hand in small batches with an output of 0.5 hl using a small pot still. The unmistakable aroma is created by a selection of exquisite botanicals. Juniper and lime characterise the taste, which is captivating in the finish due to the delicate spiciness of the ginger. Staff's is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
Staff's Kernölgeist
An absolute novelty is the pumpkin seed spirit, which tastes like nuts. The strong kernel oil aroma is created by the use of high quality Murtal pumpkin seeds from the Trettenbrein family. Staff's is best enjoyed neat at room temperature or on delicious vanilla ice cream.
Staff's Swiss Pine Spirit
The strong pine aroma is created by the use of high quality pine pots in generous quantities. The stone pines grow at an altitude of approx. 1,800 m around the Zirbitzkogel. Staff's is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
Staff's Schilcher - Pomace Brandy
The unique aroma is created by using the "Blaue Wildbachertraube" from the Lazarus vineyard. This creates a genuine Styrian "grappa" with an authentic taste and a strong finish. Staff's is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
Staff's Schilcher Vermouth
Is a Schilchervermouth of exceptional refinement, handcrafted in the heart of Styria. The vermouth is produced in small batches in the manufactory. The unique aroma is created through the use of Schilcher from the Lazarus winery, Staff`s Gin, Vermouth and other exquisite spices. This creates an extraordinary taste with a bitter note, naturally without artificial flavours and additives. The best way to enjoy the Schilverm is with tonic and ice. But it also makes a unique taste experience when spritzed with soda on lime and ice.
